Valsana searches, selects and brings to the Italian and world markets the finest Italian cheeses and other gastronomic specialities. Curiosity is the soul of our job. Discovering and enhancing the Italian gastronomy and its people is the cornerstone of our business. To the gourmet community we offer a wide assortment composed by 500 cheeses and an interesting selection of charcuterie and grocery delicacies. We aim to be the bridge that connects producers directly to professionals with the mission of minimizing distances as much as possible. We are not affineurs: we select very carefully our products and we leave them in their natural environment to improve in taste.
