A PDO blue-veined cheese made from pasteurised whole cow's milk in the hills between Lake Orta and Lake Maggiore (Piedmont).

The paste is very creamy due to the maturing process of over 2 months.

The flavour is extremely sweet, with lactic and ripe fruit sensations, the blue colouring is evident but not intrusive and makes the taste very appealing.
