Pecorino DOP produced exclusively with milk from Sardinian sheep, matured for at least 4 months, treated on the rind with olive oil and smoked with wood from local essences.

The taste is sweet despite the savouriness, with notes of milk, butter and honey, enriched with hints of smoke that embrace the complexity of the cheese.

This cheese is a symbol of Sardinia.
