Burrata made from raw milk obtained exclusiverly from buffaloes reared by the producer, with a soft heart of mozzarella strips and the addition of cow's cream.
The flavour is sweet and balanced, and when you bite into the cheese you perceive notes of yoghurt and musk, a typical characteristic conferred by buffalo milk.
