Aquí Santoña and Aquí Carboneras are brands of Aquí Santoña S.L, a gourmet preserves factory for the Horeca channel. We specialise in the artisanal production of Mediterranean red shrimp carpaccios (AQUÍ CARBONERAS) and Cantabrian anchovies (AQUÍ SANTOÑA), cleaned by hand and with a low salt content (3%). We also offer an excellent selection of ready-to-eat grocery products. We are a family business with a long tradition in preserves, with B2B2C, B2B and B2C business lines. We have factories for frozen and refrigerated products, always seeking the highest quality.
