The Here Santoña smoked oysters are a surprise for any diner. With an intense and silky character in the mouth, it combines very well with soft and salty flavors such as caviar, creamy cheese or wakame, although it will also surprise you with salads. It is a delicacy and an unknown preserve, but used in the best kitchens in restaurants and hotels. Each can contains between 6 and 12 smoked oysters depending on their size.
