The blue cream cheese Here Santoña is a delight among creamy cheeses, it is characterized by being halfway between Camembert cheeses and the appearance of Gorgonzola. Its creaminess is due to the generous amount of cream used. It is a delight combined on toasted bread along with the Here Santoña anchovies.
