The peppers from the island Here Santoña are a sweet, fleshy and tasty pepper, which goes very well with fish and meats, highlighting empanadas. It combines wonderfully with melva, fresh onion cut into julienne strips, and a vinaigrette. Roasting peppers allows you to obtain a special sweetness that harmonizes with other foods.
