The cockles from the Galician estuaries Here Santoña is one of the most select and elegant appetizers along with our 00 anchovies. With a tasty flavor and tender texture, it pairs perfectly with very cold white and sparkling wines to make the ideal snack. Combines with rice, salads and even pasta. Each can contains 120ml, and depending on its size, between 30 and 40 cockles can fit per can.
