Las Navajas al Natural Aqui Santoña pair wonderfully with white and sparkling wines. With a sea flavor and a firm and juicy texture, it combines perfectly with a little green sauce when serving on the plate, although they are delicious alone.

We specialise in the artisanal production of Mediterranean red shrimp carpaccios (AQUÍ CARBONERAS) and Cantabrian anchovies (AQUÍ SANTOÑA), cleaned by hand and with a low salt content (3%).
