Here Santoña anchovies in vinegar are the ideal appetizer before lunch to whet your appetite. Anchovy loins without bones, without scales and with that acidic touch so biting in the mouth that makes them irresistible. They can be accompanied with homemade green sauce and a generous splash of extra virgin olive oil to delight lovers of this fish.
