For the elaboration of our wines, we carry out an exhaustive control of quality from the vineyard until the bottling, by choosing the grapes that fulfil our quality criteria best.We follow the cycle of ripening, differencing from types of grapes, pieces of ground, work controls in the vineyards, and deciding the best moment for the grape harvest.
