The Iberqués Extremadura Cheese and Cake production chain has been obtaining ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and Halal Certification for its products for 5 years in a row. Our “Gran Tajo Selección” is the ONLY Torta del Casar DOP in the world with a Halal certificate. This allows us to take the craftsmanship of our products, with a quality and traceability certificate, to any part of the world.
