Semi-cured cheese of 21 days of curing of artisan elaboration with pasteurized goat's milk, rennet, dairy cultures, calcium chloride and salt. Matured in Black Beer Mild flavor of goat's milk mixed with the intense flavor and aroma of black beer with a touch creamy on the palate.
