Semi-cured cheese of 21 days of curing of artisan production with pasteurized goat's milk, rennet, dairy cultures, calcium chloride and salt, covered with rosemary leaves. Pleasant and smooth flavor of goat's milk, with a creamy touch, accompanied by an intense aroma of rosemary, reminiscent of the aroma of pine and nutmeg. Recommendation, temper to consume, perfect to accompany with fruity young white wine.
