Since 1996, the Algamar Group has been the leading Spanish company specializing in the harvesting and processing of seaweed for human consumption, and is the first organic range of seaweed products in Europe. The seaweed is harvested in Galicia during its peak season, sustainably harvested, and then packaged traditionally in less than a day, preserving all its quality, organoleptic, textural, and nutritional properties.
