Sea water collected in Galicia, in the surroundings of the National Natural Park of the Atlantic Islands, in front of the Cíes Islands, a privileged place, where ocean currents renew the waters continuously. Purified by cold microfiltration. Very low in boron. Without preservatives. For its direct consumption, it is enough to dilute 1 part of sea water with 3 parts of fresh water. In the kitchen, for salting, seasoning, cooking, combining with other recipes, making bread, among others. Recommended for defrosting and/or cooking fish and shellfish. Formats available in a 1 liter gourmet glass bottle; and in bag in box of 3 and 10 liters.
