ADIANO - Queso Manchego Artesano DOP
ADIANO is a brand of Gourmet Cheese with Artisan Manchego Denomination of Origin and Animal Welfair Certificate by AENOR. We are set in an idyllic land in Castilla La Mancha, Spain, where we produce everything necessary to make an unprecedented Artisan Manchego cheese. We grow everything that our sheep eat, which graze freely, and we make the cheese in a natural and artisan way without any type of additive. We only use the best raw milk, which is piped from our milking facility to our dairy. We are very proud to have achieved the Animal Welfare™ certification, being the first and only artisan cheese factory in Spain to obtain this certificate to date. The entire process of making our cheese, from growing the food for our animals to its final packaging, is carried out on our own farm.
