D´Villalta is committed to a range of 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oils that cater to all palates. By playing with the ripening of the olives, we achieve a wide variety of very diverse and interesting aromas, intensities, and flavors. All our oils come from the Picual variety, grown in high mountain olive groves. Both characteristics contribute to an added quality and an improvement in the properties that are undoubtedly appreciated in the final product.
