Our company was born in 1965 in the 28th position of the Villa de Vallecas market, being Enrique Martínez, (second generation of the company), who in an effort to give a personal touch to something that is already the heritage of Spain, the appetizer, created our famous bombs, lizards and rockets, of Vallekas of course.
