LIZARDS are appetizers where you can't miss a stuffed pickle.

All our lizards are made with pickled pickles using our own recipe with which we get a low degree of vinegar and a sweet touch.

We use an ideal size to consume it in one bite. 


Our company was born in 1965 in the 28th position of the Villa de Vallecas market, being Enrique Martínez, (second generation of the company), who in an effort to give a personal touch to something that is already the heritage of Spain, the appetizer, created our famous bombs, lizards and rockets, of Vallekas of course.
