OLEVM GARVM is a condiment that we developed based on the premium blended EVOO that we use in the artisanal production of Garum Haimatum sauce, our signature version with red tuna of one of the most prized sauces in Ancient Rome. A few drops of the delicious umami of this OLEVM GARVM will be enough to enrich salads, tapas, omelettes, rice, sushi, pizzas, pastas, toppings and sauces with the notes of the Taste of the Sea. On its label, a coin with Tanit, the Punic goddess, minted in Syracuse 2,400 years ago, tells us about the importance of this condiment in the traditional gastronomy of countries in the Mediterranean arc.

Founded in 1983, Salazones Garre is a family business from the Murcia region that produces artisanal salted fish. It has been awarded the following prizes:

  • 2023 Premio Alimentos de España for Fishing and Aquaculture Production. MAPA, Government of Spain.
  • Third Prize in the SG 36 Innovation Category for Garum sauces.
  • Un Mar de Salazón, Best Blog Award in the Murcia region 2023. La Verdad, Grupo Vocento and ENAE Business School.
