Another of the new products that we are presenting at this fair, OLEVM GARVM is a condiment based on AOVE coupage used in the preparation of Garvm Haimatvm sauce, the most prized sauce of the Roman Empire. A few drops of this precious OLEVM GARVM will be enough to add the flavour of the sea to salads, tapas, omelettes, rice, sushi, pizzas, pastas, toppings and sauces.

 


Founded in 1983, Salazones Garre is a family business from the Murcia region that produces artisanal salted fish. It has been awarded the following prizes:

  • 2023 Premio Alimentos de España for Fishing and Aquaculture Production. MAPA, Government of Spain.
  • Third Prize in the SG 36 Innovation Category for Garum sauces.
  • Un Mar de Salazón, Best Blog Award in the Murcia region 2023. La Verdad, Grupo Vocento and ENAE Business School.
  • 2019 Artisan Food Award awarded by Artesania de la Región de Murcia.
