In May 2022, garum haimatum was presented, an artisan product that gives dishes an intense flavor of the sea. Based on recipes from the late Roman imperial period, made with hearts, gills and roe of tuna with the MSC blue seal that are initially salted, fermented, ground and filtered to preserve in EVOO. Founded in 1983, Salazones Garre is a family business from the Murcia region that produces artisanal salted fish. It has been awarded the following prizes:
