Another of the new products that we are presenting at this fair is grey mullet roe wrapped in beeswax using a thousand-year-old production process from the coasts of Italy, Greece, Tunisia, Turkey and Israel. It has a special texture due to the wax wrapping and a very delicate sea flavour. Another top product designed for haute cuisine.

Founded in 1983, Salazones Garre is a family business from the Murcia region that produces artisanal salted fish. It has been awarded the following prizes:
