Grey Mullet roe wrapped in beeswax using a thousand-year-old production process from the coasts of Italy, Greece, Tunisia, Turkey and Israel. The wrapping in wax at the end of its artisanal production gives it a very pleasant texture and a very delicate sea flavour that is perfect for toasts, starters, salads, pizzas, pastas and rice dishes. Founded in 1983, Salazones Garre is a family business from the Murcia region that produces artisanal salted fish. It has been awarded the following prizes:

  • 2023 Premio Alimentos de España for Fishing and Aquaculture Production. MAPA, Government of Spain.
  • Third Prize in the SG 36 Innovation Category for Garum sauces.
