Marc, liqueurs and Creams with "Orujo de Galicia" Geographical Appellation:

Range of spirits and liqueurs with "Orujo de Galicia" appellation of origin. Presented with modern labels designed by Reizentolo, where images of the most beautiful and emblematic places in Galicia are shown, along with the 5 roads that lead to the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela.

FLAVORS:

1- MARC or WHITE AGUARDIENTE: Brilliant and crystalline, with silver tones. Made with a selection of our best marcs from Albariño grape. Great intensity, with secondary aromas and hints of nuts, roses and slightly sweet.

2- HERB LIQUOR: Crystalline, ripe lemon color. Albariño marc base. Made by cold maceration and distillation of our selection of botanicals. Sweet aromas of citrus and elegant herbaceous fragrance.

3- COFFEE LIQUOR: Attractive and bright chestnut color. Made by cold maceration of naturally roasted coffee from Honduras and Vietnam. This process lasts thirty-one days, where orange peel and nutmeg are also added. It remains in a stainless steel tank for its perfect assembly. Soft, sweet and with nuances of cocoa.


4- DECAFFEINATED COFFEE LIQUOR: Attractive and bright brown color. Made by cold maceration of naturally roasted decaffeinated coffee from Honduras and Vietnam. This process lasts thirty-one days, where orange peel and nutmeg are also added. It remains in a stainless steel tank for its perfect assembly. Soft, sweet and with nuances of cocoa.


5- LIQUOR TOAST: Liquor made from Albariño grape marc, macerated with sugar caramel, brandy and pure water from the Serra do Argallo, for greater homogenization. Soft and quite dry.


6- HONEY LIQUOR: Liquor made by cold maceration of Galician honey in Albariño grape marc and neutral alcohol. Balsamic. Unctuous and pleasant on the palate. 


7- CREAM LIQUOR / CREAM OF ORUJO: Albariño grape marc with a delicius cream base. Notes of toffee and vanilla. Nice and unctuous


8- LEMON CREAM: Delicious cream base, very unctuous, lemon flavor.


9- JAMAICAN COFFEE CREAM: Delicious cream base , very unctuous, with notes of coffee and toffee.


10- STRAWBERRY GIN CREAM: Delicious cream base, very unctuous, with a strawberry flavour.


11- CREAM OF RICE WITH MILK: Delicious cream base, very unctuous, flavored with rice pudding.


12- CHOCOLATE CREAM WITH CHERRIES: Delicious cream base, very unctuous, with a chocolate flavor and cherry notes.

 



PAZO DE VALDOMIÑO:

  was founded in 1996 in Goián (Galicia, Spain), a small village in the Portuguese border. Our difference towards our competitors is based on the exclusive raw material (we use Albariño grapes as main basic ingredient of Aguardientes and liquors). Above all this, our production process is fully manufactured according to the traditional methods. All in all, our main concern is to have a sustainable high quality in each and every step of the production.

BRIEF HISTORY: The owner´s family has its roots in the small village of Goián, where the distillation process has been lost in time. In 1877  José Ozores ( Miguel´s great, great, grandfather), an alchemist, created our famous Licor de Cilantro ( liquor of coriander) , that was exclusively produced in this village. Nowadays one can enjoy it all over Spain as well as in several other countries.

OUR REGION: On the border with Northern Portugal next to the mouth of the River Miño and within the Rías Baixas G.I., in the sub region of the O Rosal, lies our famous distillery Pazo de Valdomiño. The region whose excellent reputation has greatly increased in recent years due largely to the high quality of the wines grown here and a microclimate ideally suited to viticulture, fruit growing and horticulture. Products found growing here include the famous Mirabelle, Kiwi fruit and of course the Albariño grape.
