Created in 2003 by Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) Georges Larnicol, the Kouignette® (Registered Trademark), was inspired by the Breton cake known as Kouign Amann and became our flagship product.
The Kouignette® is a pastry made of leavened dough worked into puff pastry with fresh churned butter and presented in individual portion.
Kouignettes® are available in several flavours.
They are crispy on the edge and soft on the inside and can be eaten at room temperature or heated in an oven or a pan.
The Kouignette® can be eaten alone or be prepared as plated dessert.
