FRIBIN Montearagon is the Cold Cuts Division of FRIBIN. Our traditional cuts are appreciated for our artisan way to manufacture them and ensuring that our traditional recipe, used for generations, is still present in our products. We select the best and most fresh cuts in our slaughterhouse and after an excellent and artisan preparation we obtain high quality and gluten free air-dried sausages, which reminds us of the most traditional flavours. In our portfolio we cover from fresh sausages - including fresh chorizo -, cooked products - gluten, lactose and additives free ham, bacon -, Duroc ham and shoulder with several dry-aged options, and traditional cured products like fuet, chorizo, salami, belly, pork loin and our well known farmhouse salami.
