Mackerel, also known as "verdel," is a blue fish belonging to the mackerel family. It is rich in protein and omega-3 fatty acids. The Ezpeleta pepper gives it an exclusive flavor with a slight spicy touch.  The mackerel fillets with Ezpeleta pepper are a handcrafted product, full of the flavor of the Cantabrian Sea, complemented by the slightly spicy and unique flavor that the Ezpeleta pepper provides.  Each can is made manually with natural fish, without any preservatives or additives.
