Conservas Zallo, founded in Bermeo in 1926, is a family-owned company with nearly 100 years of experience in the premium canned food industry, specializing in the production of Albacore Tuna, Cantabrian Anchovies, and other high-quality fish. We have established ourselves as one of the leading brands in the domestic market thanks to our commitment to excellence, sustainability, and innovation. In 2011, we took a decisive step toward the future with the construction of our new factory and warehouse in Bermeo, a modern and efficient facility that meets the highest standards of quality and food safety. We have advanced quality and traceability systems and comply with certifications (such as IFS) that ensure the safety and proper handling of food products.
