In Calabizo we fuse 2 traditional flavours from different cultures and we unite in a single flavour something as oriental as hummus with something as ours as the flavour of chorizo; and with calabizo as an ingredient, we manage to create a very tasty ‘chickpea spread with chorizo, 100% vegetable’.

The perfect balance between the texture of chickpeas with tahini and the touch of chorizo flavour provided by the calabizo.  

Highly nutritious, without preservatives or additives and cholesterol free. Made in a traditional way from chickpeas (76%), extra virgin olive oil (11%), tahini, calabizo (vegan pumpkin sausage), vinegar and spices.
