Calabizo is the first vegan sausage on the market that looks, smells, tastes and tastes like traditional chorizo.

It arises thanks to the fusion of the flavour of traditional Galician cuisine and new food techniques. The result is a vegetable sausage with exceptional nutritional characteristics (high dietary fibre content, source of vitamin B6). Its composition does not include soya or gluten.Moreover, due to the production process (identical to that of a chorizo), it does not need to be kept cold and has a preferential consumption period of 1 year. 

We exchange the animal-based raw materials of a chorizo for a vegetable-based alternative.
