In fact, their love for the land and oenological curiosity leads them to discover authentic terroirs and unique indigenous varieties around the world.François Lurton's adventurous spirit led him more than 30 years ago to the Spanish regions of Toro and Rueda. Since then, the combination of French and Castilian winemaking traditions has made him a reference in the production of great Spanish wines. His goal was and is to craft high-end wines in these designated origins with Tinta de Toro and Verdejo varieties, using proprietary vinification techniques.Campo Elíseo is a testament to the fusion of experience and passion, blending the traditions of French winemaking with the unique characteristics of Toro and Rueda.
