Flavor and Aroma: Very balanced, with a medium intensity of bitterness and spiciness, typical of the Picual variety. Its aroma is exceptionally intense on the nose, highlighting its vegetal notes that present an intense fruitiness of green grass and fresh wood, with a light scent of alloza, apple, and fig. It is mild in its spiciness and slightly bitter.
