WINEMAKING: Controlled mechanical harvest from our own vineyards. The destemmed grapes macerated at 12ºC for 24 hours, before being bled off without pressure to ferment in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 15ºC.
TASTING NOTE: Vivid raspberry. Powerful and clean aromas, with a predominance of red fruits, mixed with light touches of peach and blue flowers. In the mouth, it is light, fresh, with a pleasant fleshiness, reminiscent of blue candies. A slow but steady release of sensations and a slightly sweet finish that brings back fruits and flowers. The soft touch of fizz, so characteristic of our production area, combined with its very well-assembled acidity, leads us to a round and balanced wine.
