WINEMAKING: The blend of two varieties enhances the characteristics of each one. Prieto Picudo is a variety that exists only in our area, with small bunches and tightly packed grapes from which wines with a lot of character and expression are obtained. Tempranillo is the most widespread noble variety in Spain, producing smooth and very fruity wines. By separately vinifying both varieties, with short macerations and natural malolactic fermentations in our underground cellar, we obtain a smooth and velvety wine.
TASTING NOTE: Intense cherry red with violet edges. Characteristic aromas of Prieto Picudo, light toasted notes and backgrounds of floral and red fruits and blackberries. Very smooth and silky mouthfeel, mature tannins. A velvety finish leads us to a retronasal with new fruity sensations.
