We are a company with extensive experience in the production of a Serrano ham through a natural curing process over 24 months. Our facilities located in Guadix (Granada) at the foot of the Sierra Nevada, on its north face at an altitude of approximately 1,000 m, allows us to obtain a sweet ham, with very particular aroma and flavor characteristics, backed by the fact that all our hams are certified.

2. All of our hams come from females.

3. NO FOOD DYE OR ARTIFICIAL PRESERVATIVES, OR ANY KIND OF ADDITIVES.

4. Piece-by-piece traceability of the product.
