The space is available by prior arrangement for exhibitors who wish to enhance their presence at Salón Gourmets and showcase the best version of their products.

Monday 18 October:
11 GourmetQuesos, The Best Spanish Cheese Championship
Among the 90 finalist cheers, the jury selects the 45 most unique samples, 3 for each of the 15 categories in which the contest is divided, and the Best Cheese of Spain 2021 will be chosen.
I Asiccaza Awards 2021(16:00-19:00h)
Presented by the journalist Eva Mª Rodrigo Sánchez, the event will feature several recipes aimed at promoting the consumption of game meat.
Tuesday 19 October:
La Compagnie des Pyrénées /Nuevagua (11:00 - 12:30h)
Presentation of the book "Waters of Spain and the World" and a talk on "Water in restaurants" by the sommelier Faustino Muñoz Soria, which will conclude with a water tasting.
Association of Growers of the Anguian Bean(13:00-14:30h)
8 Gourmets Round Table - Emerging and advanced chefs. (15:00-18:00h)
Wednesday 20 October:
Castilla La Mancha (10:00-12:30h)
Manjares de la Tierra Truffles(13:00-14:30)
The differents applications of the black truffle. Sergio and Javier Torres, will elaborate several recipes with this product: red egg salad, Tuber melanosporum truffle with mushrooms, Fuentes onion cream and Tuber melanosporum truffle; hare a la royale with black truffles.Besides,public will taste one of the onion cream.
Illes Baleares: Cuatro Islas por Degustar(16:45-18:30h)
Chefs José Cortés and Silvia Anglada with sommelier Daniel Arias will talk about local Balearic produce and its applications.
