SOLES DE GREDOS

The bakery Soles de Gredos is a family business that was born from the hands of the master candy master D: Emiliano Lopez in 1928. The trade began in Hoyocasero, a village located on the northern slope of the Sierra de Gredos. His son Antonio Lopez was in charge of modernizing the workshop and the way of working and currently runs the pastry shop his grandson Marcos Lopez who is in charge of maintaining the traditions passed on to him by his father and grandfather.Today we continue to make with the same recipe book that our ancestors left written and that is why our pastas, cakes and cakes for celebrations will delight the most exquisite palates.   Maintaining the tradition of three generations, our pastries, cookies and cakes for celebrations will delight the most exquisite palates.
