Who are we?

NGO Gastronomía Solidaria is a group of professional lovers of the gastronomy, with a way of living and of the life understands always in search the excellence to make the others happy. We have joined determined to offer opportunities to those who more need it. Our equipment is shaped By Chema Isidro, cooker, Beatriz Burgos, flight attendant and lover of the gastronomy, Paco Patón, waiter, Félix Soriano, gastronomic photographer, Vicente Gonzalez, engineer of systems, Demo Mora, artist and great others more that they reach every day in order that between all we add up and this project grows and continues turning into a reality that enriches and makes this project more plural, supporting the groups that more disadvantaged.

What is our purpose?

To give opportunities by means of the formation, education and especially the fondness, to offer a future, a way of living, and the insertion or rehabilitation on the labor market. We want to show our illusion, to demonstrate our boys and girls who are capable, to follow them, to guide them, to accompany them and to give them safety in order that they have economic independence, which there overcome his fears, which demonstrate for if same that differences doesn´t exist and that when they wish, they can. We want to form future cookers, pastrycookers, waiters, waitresses of floor... possessing in his formation the best professionals of the gastronomy sector. We are a project of future and sustainability supported by previous experiences that have obtained a success over 80 %.
