TORTA DE RUFINO

 Es uno de nuestros productos estrella,

ganadora del PRIMER PREMIO en la FERIA IBÉRICA de CABRA de ACEHÚCHE

 en las ediciones 2007-2008-2010-2012-2016

y PRIMER PREMIO en la FERIA NACIONAL del QUESO en TRUJILLO 2009.

- Elaborado a base de leche cruda de cabra, cuajo y sal

- Queso de pasta blanda y untuosa.- Forma de cilindro ligeramente abombado.

- Corteza amarilla, lisa y pegajosa, típica en este tipo de quesos. 

- Peso 750 gr aproximadamente.

- Al corte, la pasta es de color blanco con algunos ojos de fermentación repartidos irregularmente.

- Tiempo de maduración 2-3 meses.
