Gourmets Corner

An exclusive, high-profile space for presentations, tastings, live cooking demonstrations and brand activations, offering a flexible and dynamic setting to enhance your presence and maximise the impact of your participation at Salón Gourmets.

The Gourmets Corner contract includes:

Promotion

  • Activities taking place on the stages will be promoted through the Official Salón Gourmets Live Events Programme, both in print and online.
  • The Live Events Programme will be distributed directly to all accredited media and journalists attending Salón Gourmets (more than 880 accredited professionals at the previous edition).
  • Pre- and post-show coverage in our Club de Gourmets magazine, a leading publication dedicated to gastronomy and travel for over 50 years.
  • Inclusion in the Official Catalogue.
  • Inclusion in the Press Pack.
  • Promotion across our social media channels, including YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram and Vimeo).

General services

  • Maximum duration 50 min.
  • Set-up and dismantling.
  • Infrastructure for press and professional visitors.
  • *Kitchen box.
  • 1 event support staff provided by the Organiser.
  • 1 waiter.
  • 1 hostess.
  • Cleaning service.
  • Activity signage featuring the event title and company logo (size and artwork produced by the Organiser).
  • Live streaming on the GourmetsTV channel, with the option to embed or link the broadcast on your own website.

Furniture / Tableware

  • Worktop and induction hob.
  • Auxiliary/work table on stage.
  • Tables and chairs in the audience area.
  • RRIEDEL wine glasses (maximum 150 glasses).
  • Tableware (to be provided by the client).

Audiovisuals equipment

  • Large-format screen.
  • 2 HD cameras, each operated by a dedicated camera operator.
  • Production control room.
  • Producer.
  • Audio mixing desk.
  • 4 tabletop microphones.
  • 2 wireless handheld microphones.
  • 2 wireless headset microphones.
  • Technical support.
* Kitchen box equipment: Oven / microwave, Induction hob, 1 tall refrigerator, 1 worktables, 1 shelving unit.
Important note: The client may not promote any brands other than those covered by the scope of this agreement. To ensure that all deliverables and benefits set out in this document can be provided as agreed, the client must supply all the required information within a maximum of 10 days from the date of signing the agreement, and in all cases no later than 15 January 2027. The proper delivery and promotion of the activity will be subject to the timely receipt of all required information within the deadlines specified above.
