Buyers participating in the Hosted Buyers Program (check dossier here) -a programme that counts with the collaboration of ICEX España Exportaciones e Inversiones and MAPA within the framework of the Spain Food Nation agreement- find interesting products every year during their visit to Salón Gourmets. Our SG Matchmaking web application ensures that meetings with exhibitors registered in the Business Center are generated based on the specific commercial needs of each buyer, achieving more relevant and efficient meetings for the company

Exhibiting companies interested in exporting, and authorized to do so, that have secured a space at Salón Gourmets can benefit from this service at no additional cost. The number of appointments available will depend on the terms and conditions of the contract.

Only exhibitors have access to meetings with international buyers

Salón Gourmets has developed the SG Matchmaking web application, allowing exhibitors to schedule meetings with buyers of their choice by selecting the most convenient date and time. This enables them to organize their agenda in a personalized manner. Exhibitors wishing to participate must first register in their "Private Area."

Who Can Participate as an International Buyer

If you work for an international company in the premium food and beverage sector, have purchasing decision-making authority, and your company is not headquartered in Spain, you may be invited as a buyer by the Salón Gourmets organization.

How to apply and participate

Applying

Fill out the registration form. Salon Gourmets will assess your application and may ask you for more information if necessary. An active website is compulsory in order to be elegible.

Selection

Once selected, you will receive an e-mail with the username and password to log into both your exclusive area and the SG Matchmaking web application

B2B Matching process

Access the easy-to-use SG Matchmaking application, and contact exhibitors of your interest to pre-book business meetings at Salon Gourmets from your computer.

04

Meetings schedule

You will need to maintain an average of 8 meetings per day, which can be scheduled throughout each day of the trade fair. Once the meeting request process is completed, the schedules will be finalized. Your definitive agenda will then be available in your "Private Area."
