VERMOUTH HANDMADE IN SMALL BATCHES WITH TINTA FROM TORO AND VERDEJO.

VERMUTTO: Handcrafted from a selection of our AMERICO wines from Tinta de Toro and Verdejo, through an infusion of 10 spices, aro-matic herbs, citrus fruits and roots (Wormwood, Cloves, Coriander seed, Cocoa bark, Fennel, Ju-niper, Cinnamon Cassia, Red vine, Licorice, and Orange peel). topped with wine distillate from our own pomace and sweetened with sugar made in the sugar factory. Toro with locally grown beets. 

 

TASTING NOTES: Color and sparkles reminiscent of a Claret Red wine. Intense, wine-like nose, with notes of ripe red and black fruits, candied bitter orange, with spices and exotic woods, with a powerful mouthfeel, long and marked well-balanced sweetness, with a classic bitter finish of the holy herb or Goddess Artemis. A “herbal wine” rescuing the old me-dieval Castilian recipes.


We are backed by the quality seal of the Toro Denomination of Origin Regulatory Council and the Castilla y León quality mark Tierra de Sabor. Located under the influence of the Duero River, we own 12 hectares of family vineyards, the soul of our wines, planted on ungrafted vines, with some plots over 100 years old.

We produce a limited quantity of approximately 40,000 bottles, which allows us to work exclusively within the HoReCa channel: bars, restaurants, gourmet shops, and wine boutiques.

We are also the creators of the WINE MIXOLOGY concept, an initiative that explores new ways of enjoying wine. In our LAB, we develop wine-based products and design experiences such as tastings and cocktail workshops using wines and vermouth.

At Salón Gourmets Madrid, we will present an innovative new product made from wine: WINE MIXOLOGY REDUCTUM, the first red wine reduction on the market.
