VERDEJO WHITE WINE FERMENTED ON ITS LEES

Vol/Alc: 13.5 % Variety: 100% Verdejo from Toro Apellation. Tasting notes: Straw yellow in colour with greenish highlights, clean and bright. Intense, perfumed, clean, varietal nose with notes of sunny Verdejo, hints of tropical fruit, stone fruit, fennel and citrus. On the palate it is an unctuous white, with a gentle mid-palate, offering hints of exotic fruit and a pleasant herbaceous finish. Americo Verdejo, a lively, fresh, structured wine with a universal palate. Cultivation: Integrated agriculture that is respectful of the environment. Vineyards with sandy soils with clay and gravel, with good drainage, yields of less than 4,500 kg per hectare, aged between 10 and 15 years. Night harvest. Preparation: Traditional, selected and crushed grapes, macerated for a few hours at low temperature, static filtering of the must to eliminate solid parts, cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks, remaining on its lees for 3 months receiving pumping over, light filtering and clarification with allergen-free vegetable protein.

We are backed by the quality seal of the Toro Denomination of Origin Regulatory Council and the Castilla y León quality mark Tierra de Sabor. Located under the influence of the Duero River, we own 12 hectares of family vineyards, the soul of our wines, planted on ungrafted vines, with some plots over 100 years old.

We produce a limited quantity of approximately 40,000 bottles, which allows us to work exclusively within the HoReCa channel: bars, restaurants, gourmet shops, and wine boutiques.

We are also the creators of the WINE MIXOLOGY concept, an initiative that explores new ways of enjoying wine. In our LAB, we develop wine-based products and design experiences such as tastings and cocktail workshops using wines and vermouth.

At Salón Gourmets Madrid, we will present an innovative new product made from wine: WINE MIXOLOGY REDUCTUM, the first red wine reduction on the market.
