Red wine reduction for cooking and cocktails.

Artisanally produced in small batches from our young red wine AMÉRICO, originally 15% ABV, which is reduced until reaching 4% alcohol by volume, concentrating its aromas and flavours of forest fruits, characteristic of the Tinta de Toro / Tempranillo variety. During the reduction process, it is sweetened with locally grown beet sugar, produced at the Toro sugar refinery, to obtain a syrup-like texture.  

We are backed by the quality seal of the Toro Denomination of Origin Regulatory Council and the Castilla y León quality mark Tierra de Sabor. Located under the influence of the Duero River, we own 12 hectares of family vineyards, the soul of our wines, planted on ungrafted vines, with some plots over 100 years old.

We produce a limited quantity of approximately 40,000 bottles, which allows us to work exclusively within the HoReCa channel: bars, restaurants, gourmet shops, and wine boutiques.

We are also the creators of the WINE MIXOLOGY concept, an initiative that explores new ways of enjoying wine. In our LAB, we develop wine-based products and design experiences such as tastings and cocktail workshops using wines and vermouth.

At Salón Gourmets Madrid, we will present an innovative new product made from wine: WINE MIXOLOGY REDUCTUM, the first red wine reduction on the market.
