This section details the potato chip manufacturing process, from the reception of raw materials from the field to the final product, fully processed and ready for packaging. As manufacturers, we develop and configure production lines tailored to each customer's specific requirements, taking into account parameters such as production capacity, space layout, automation and process efficiency.
The potato chip production process is divided into four main stages: reception, peeling, frying and seasoning.
In the reception phase, the potatoes from the field are unloaded and fed into the production line. Subsequently, during peeling, the skin and any impurities adhering to the product are removed.
After peeling, the product is inspected to remove defects and foreign bodies, ensuring that only suitable raw material continues in the process.
Frying is carried out under controlled time and temperature conditions, obtaining a homogeneous product with the required characteristics. Finally, seasoning ensures uniform application of the seasoning before packaging.
