The process of making crisps is detailed, from the reception of the raw material from the field to the final product, which is fully processed and ready for packaging. As manufacturers, we develop and configure production lines tailored to the specific requirements of each customer, taking into account parameters such as production capacity, space layout, automation and process efficiency.

The fresh-cut potato production process is structured into the following phases: reception, peeling, inspection, cutting and treatment.

The raw material is received and transported to the production line in a controlled manner. In the peeling stage, the skin is removed using specific mechanical equipment, ensuring the integrity of the product.

Subsequently, manual and/or automatic inspection is carried out in order to remove defects, foreign bodies or non-compliant products.

In the cutting phase, the potatoes are sized according to the required technical specifications. Finally, the product undergoes treatment (washing and application of antioxidant and/or preservative solutions) aimed at stabilising the product, maintaining quality and extending shelf life, leaving it ready for packaging.
