For 600 years, the Swiss cheese  Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP has been made from raw milk from cows grazing on the slopes of the Alps and in the canton of Fribourg, developing subtle, full-bodied flavours as it matures. This richness allows it to melt in the mouth and makes it the ideal cheese for the classic Swiss moitié-moitié fondue.
